The feeling of relieved shown by everyone at Kali Majapahit Indonesia, they finally succeed performing their first special performance debut the “Glorious Majapahit” for BAPAREKRAF (the agency of tourism and creative economy of the Republic of Indonesia) at Grand Savero hotel, Bogor on Thursday, August 13, 2020.
Two sessions (opening and closing) of the “Glorious Majapahit” special performances which depicted the story of Queen Tribhuwana Wijayatunggadewi one of Majapahit empire successful ruler and its brave warriors called Bhayangkara were choreographed by instructor Novita Dwiariani and lead instructor Andrew Suleiman for its fighting choreography.
Meanwhile, instructor Akbar Maruf was assigned to play the role of Mahisa and four Kali Majapahit Indonesia members were assigned to play the role of the Bhayangkaras: Callista Rizkiputri (yellow belt), Aji Pandita (white belt), Rivaldo Paskah (white belt) and Rio Susilo (white belt). Renown Indonesian musician Yusuf Oeblet and his Tabuhan Nusantara (percussionist) were trusted with its musical arrangement and Diah Nathawafi (professional dancer) was appointed to play the role of Queen Tribhuwana Wijayatunggadewi.
